Terms of Service
1. The service
YellowLeaf.AI creates short vertical promotional videos from the photos, clips, audio and instructions you provide, through WhatsApp and our website. On the Gold plan we can also upload approved reels to YouTube and Instagram accounts you connect.
2. Plans and payment
- Plans are one-time packs of reel credits: Free trial (1 watermarked reel), Silver and Gold, at the prices shown on our website when you buy. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.
- One credit is used when you approve a reel. If we fail to produce a reel, the credit is returned.
- Each reel includes the number of revisions stated for your plan.
- Credits are added after we confirm your payment. Paid credits are non-refundable once used; contact us about unused credits.
3. Your content and rights
- You keep ownership of everything you send us. You give us a licence to use it only to make, store and deliver your reels and, if you ask, to upload them for you.
- You confirm you own or have permission to use all content you send, including music and audio, and that people shown in it have agreed to appear.
- You must not send content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, hateful, sexual, or that breaks WhatsApp, YouTube or Instagram rules.
4. Facts and approval
We build reels from the facts you give us, such as prices, offers and contact details, and do not invent them. You are responsible for checking every reel before you approve it, and for the accuracy and legality of your advertising.
5. Music
Reels use licensed or AI-generated music, or audio you provide under section 3. We do not add commercial songs to video files. Where Instagram offers its own licensed music at upload time, its use is governed by Instagram's terms.
6. Publishing (Gold)
We upload a reel only after you approve it. Platforms may reject, limit or remove content under their own rules; if an upload fails we will tell you and send you the file to post yourself. You can disconnect your accounts at any time.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, abuse the free trial or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable delivery but provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost business or platform actions on your accounts.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will notify active customers of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
